We don’t see why you wouldn’t love our First Touch products, but if for any reason you want to return an item, we’ll be more than happy to exchange it or refund your money for you! Well, subject to a few conditions.
We know it’s boring, but please read the points below carefully, as this is the returns and refunds policy for First Touch.
- Item(s) must be returned within 28 days of receipt
- Item(s) must be returned in an unused condition and in the original packaging
- Item(s) must be returned along with proof of purchase/receipt
- In the very unlikely event that items arrive damaged, please give us a shout immediately so that we can replace or repair them in accordance with your statutory rights
- You are responsible for postage costs when returning your item(s). Postage/shipping costs are non-refundable and if you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping/postage will be deducted from your refund
