It is an uncertain time for all, for the foreseeable future, living better will mean standing together – to share, to support and to give hope. We thank you for standing with us as we all get used to a new way of living.
Keeping fit and exercising is especially important. As if motivating ourselves to use our gym memberships was not enough, now we are confined to our living spaces and to stay in shape. Try out at-home yoga, dancing, jumping jack, aerobics, burpees, push-ups etc., you do not need all that gym equipment.
Even though we need to stay at home or have limited places to go to, we need to get outside and spend time in fresh air and natural sunlight. When sunlight hits your skin, it triggers the body’s production of vitamin D (known as “the sunshine vitamin”). Vitamin D is great for the immune system, protects against inflammation, helps muscles, improves brain function, and lowers high blood pressure.
